1. Identificación y aceptación

Estos Términos regulan el acceso y uso de la plataforma VisibAI («el Servicio»), titularidad de VisibAI Technologies S.L., NIF B54826540, con domicilio en Calle Sant Pere 59, 08720 Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona, España. Al registrarte o usar el Servicio aceptas estos Términos, la Política de privacidad y, si contratas un plan, la Política de suscripciones y pagos.

2. Descripción del Servicio

VisibAI es una plataforma SaaS de posicionamiento en motores y asistentes de IA (GEO): auditoría y medición de visibilidad, monitorización, análisis de competencia, generación y publicación de contenido, gestión de reputación y funciones relacionadas, según el plan contratado.

3. Registro y cuenta

  • Debes crear una cuenta con datos veraces y mantenerlos actualizados.
  • Eres responsable de la confidencialidad de tu contraseña y de la actividad de tu cuenta.
  • Debes ser mayor de edad y tener capacidad para contratar. Si actúas por una empresa, declaras tener poder para obligarla.

4. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar el Servicio para fines ilícitos ni de forma que pueda dañarlo o perjudicar a terceros. En particular, no puedes:

  • Introducir datos falsos o de terceros sin autorización.
  • Intentar accesos no autorizados a sistemas, cuentas o datos.
  • Hacer ingeniería inversa, revender o explotar el Servicio fuera de tu plan.
  • Generar contenido ilícito, difamatorio o que infrinja derechos de terceros.

5. Resultados de la IA y ausencia de garantías

El Servicio usa modelos de IA de terceros. Los análisis, puntuaciones y contenidos son orientativos y pueden contener imprecisiones. El posicionamiento en asistentes de IA depende de factores ajenos a nuestro control, por lo que no garantizamos resultados concretos. El GEO requiere un trabajo continuado en el tiempo.

6. Integraciones con terceros

Si conectas servicios de terceros (p. ej. WordPress o Shopify) con tus credenciales, autorizas a VisibAI a publicar contenido en tu nombre según tus instrucciones. Eres responsable de las credenciales y del contenido que publiques. El uso de esas plataformas se rige por sus propios términos.

7. Propiedad intelectual

El Servicio, su software, diseño y marca son titularidad de VisibAI Technologies S.L. o cuentan con licencia. El contenido que generas con tus datos es tuyo; nos concedes una licencia limitada para procesarlo y prestarte el Servicio.

8. Disponibilidad y cambios

Procuramos la disponibilidad continua, pero puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento o fuerza mayor. Podemos modificar o retirar funciones para mejorar el Servicio; si un cambio es sustancial, te lo comunicaremos.

9. Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de daños indirectos, lucro cesante o pérdida de datos derivados del uso del Servicio. Nada excluye la responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse legalmente, en especial frente a consumidores.

10. Baja y suspensión

Puedes cancelar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podremos suspender o cancelar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos. Las condiciones económicas se detallan en la Política de suscripciones y pagos.

11. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Si eres consumidor, puedes acudir a la plataforma europea de resolución de litigios: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. En los demás casos, las partes se someten a los juzgados del domicilio del titular.

1. Identification and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the VisibAI platform ("the Service"), owned by VisibAI Technologies S.L., Tax ID B54826540, with registered address at Calle Sant Pere 59, 08720 Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona, Spain. By registering or using the Service you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and, if you subscribe, the Subscriptions & Payments Policy.

2. Description of the Service

VisibAI is a SaaS platform for positioning in AI engines and assistants (GEO): visibility audit and measurement, monitoring, competitor analysis, content generation and publishing, reputation management and related features, according to the plan purchased.

3. Registration and account

  • You must create an account with truthful data and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for your account's activity.
  • You must be of legal age and able to contract. If acting for a company, you declare you are authorised to bind it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that may harm it or third parties. In particular, you may not:

  • Enter false data or third-party data without authorisation.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, resell or exploit the Service beyond your plan.
  • Generate unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.

5. AI results and no guarantees

The Service uses third-party AI models. Analyses, scores and content are indicative and may contain inaccuracies. Positioning in AI assistants depends on factors beyond our control, so we do not guarantee specific results. GEO requires ongoing work over time.

6. Third-party integrations

If you connect third-party services (e.g. WordPress or Shopify) with your credentials, you authorise VisibAI to publish content on your behalf per your instructions. You are responsible for the credentials and the content you publish. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to VisibAI Technologies S.L. or are licensed. Content you generate with your data is yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it and provide the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or force majeure. We may modify or withdraw features to improve the Service; if a change is substantial, we will inform you.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, particularly toward consumers.

10. Cancellation and suspension

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms. Financial conditions are detailed in the Subscriptions & Payments Policy.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile.
